[Updated 22Feb2019] The house was purchased early in 2019 by owners who love historic homes and have even been featured in "This Old House" magazine for restoration work on their own 1894 home. At the moment, both of the apartments are rented .... but add this to your Zillow-favorites, if you might be interested in the future, and Zillow will email you if circumstances change! Both units have 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Tenants pay all utilities except water. Each unit has there own covered porch and use of the large yard and there is plenty of off street parking for each tenant.
