My wife and I bought this home back in October 2010, and since has been a great addition to our lives. Built in 1968, with an open floor plan, the total upstairs heated square foot is 1680. Addition to the upstairs, is also a down stairs fully remolded basement, and storage area. Basement was finished as of January of 2016, fully heated and cooled at 400 Square feet.
