As a Licensed Home Contractor, I built this house for our retirement home, therefore I put great detail in its construction, especially energy saving upgrades. It has been a joy to live in since 2006, but since my wife passed away from cancer, it is time to place it on the market. May the next owner enjoy the home half as much as we did.
