Great historic building, built in 1928 very roomy, lots and lots of natural light big windows in each room, when the building was renovated, central air and individual heating units in each apartments were added. Great hardwood floors, modern appliances, granite countertops, we except pets, we love pets, we have a nice mix of people as you can see Elasti-Girl and Edna live in the building we have a great maintenance team, that is my husband and a dog that used to love to try to help him work on the furnace. Each apartment comes with one free assigned parking spot, more are available to rent. No pet rat just a one time nonrefundable deposit to help pay for doggy bag supplies. Owner pays for trash services, all hot & cold water and all MUD sewer fees. tenant is just responsible for electricity and if they decide cable and Internet showings made by appointment. The rent is listed under the Zillow estimate and comes out to be a $1.09 a square foot. There are no monthly pet fees just a one time deposit
