The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and kitchenware that you can use right away. The living room has a large table, large sofa, and a smart TV. All you would need to do is just move in. Just let me know if you would like a tour, ideally after 5pm on weekday and anytime in the weekends. Electricity and internet bill will be split evenly (however can be negotiated), no pets and no smoking. Looking for a lease of 6 months or more.
