Great front porch to relax on as well as a back patio. Quiet neighborhood within easy walk of neighborhood park and pool. One existing family pet (e.g. small dog or cat) is negotiable depending on size/breed. Ample parking. Tenant pays all utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer). Tenant is also responsible for yard maintenance and care. An existing family pet is negotiable (if you have an existing family pet that has good references/won't destroy the place we can talk about it). No new pets. Pets will require a $250 non-returnable deposit. No smoking allowed in the interior of the house. Parking up to three cars is okay. Home occupancy is limited to four total; three adults maximum. Tenants are expected to let the landlord know about any issues with the house immediately so that we can take care of any problems.
