Waterfront Dream This is an older home on the Mohawk River which has just been mostly renovated. The sunny kitchen/dining room is on the river side and is the perfect place to watch all the amazing sunsets we get here. Bald eagles live in the area so we see them regularly. Love this room! The main floor bedroom is lovely but very small and only 7.5ft by 10ft so it would be better to have it as an office/den or guest bedroom than a full time bedroom. The other two bedrooms are on the second level and work well for two or three people. If you need room for more than three this house likely won't be a good fit for you. The house is heated with hot water baseboards and a very reliable Utica oil boiler. The home comes with a wood stove which can also heat the entire house. There is an out building that we call the garage however it is more of a Harley workshop as the only car that would fit in there is a Smart car. There is a decent size yard and a dock. The dock still needs to be repaired. Snow removal is included in the rent. Lawn care is the responsibility of the tenants. - North Colonie Schools - 5 min walk to Colonie Park with public swimming pool, tennis courts, trails, bike path - 8 minutes from Latham circle so close to everything. - outside fire pit - some pets considered
