The Grover was a hotel built in 1927. In 2013 the Grover condos were completed. It houses 16, 1-2 bedroom units each containing original exposed brick. It allows for downtown living at its best. There is a gated parking lot as well as a key code to get into the facility. A security system also videos the parking lot. Our unit is different than any other because we remodeled the kitchen. Brand new appliances will stay including the washer/dryer. HOA fees are $160 a month and cover common area cleaning and maintenance as well as water bills.
