**Brand New Construction - Room Share Available I have a newly constructed property with a room for rent. You'll be renting one bedroom that includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The house has a total of three bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of three people. I will place either all males or all females in the shared space. The living room, kitchen, and laundry areas will be shared among the tenants. The property is located in Swannanoa, just off exit 59. Please note that only one occupant is allowed per bedroom. I am looking for someone who is younger, either established in their job or pursuing a master's degree. Here's how the process will work: 1. Please give me a call. 2. If the initial screening call goes well, I will connect you with the current tenants. 3. If that conversation is positive, you can then arrange a time to see the space. 4.
