You will also be sharing the house with 2 other people, including 1 person who is currently lives there (Tim, 30s, M, who is a young professional and is an engineer who enjoys gaming and going to the gym). Utilities, internet (Google Fiber), and lawn maintenance are all split equally amongst everyone in the house and on average are about $120-$160 a month. However, depending on the season and the number of total people in the house, this can run more or less this range. There is lots of extra room for storage in the garage and there is a giant bonus room that serves as a guest bedroom and rec room as well. Long term leases (6 months - 1 year) are preferred, but we can discuss if you need a term shorter or longer than that. Security deposit and first month's rent is required to secure the room.
