Love this house so much but its really time to pass it to the next owners. Original 3 large bedrooms with extra large living room with fireplace and bay windows; hardwoods throughout house; large dining room and separate breakfast nook with booth; there are three additional bedrooms and sun room in rear lower level. large back yard overlooking park and nice side and front yards with over 20 trees, including fruits, redwoods, maples and evergreens; vines include grapes, raspberries, blackberries ...and flowerings too; a couple of gardens and plenty of space to let your imagination run free with ideas. Guests are always struck by the size (all ceilings legal height) and curiosity of the house. Its a perfect place for someone who wants plenty of living space to grow, share or entertain their creativity. we love it!, yet a change of state are being considered.
