The shared bathroom was remodeled with dual sinks and 6ft rainfall shower w/ custom tile, full tile accent wall. The stucco was redone modern around the entire home, new modern style roof vents with special fire resistant shingles. Outside lighting around the entire home, customized for security and entertainment. Security camera system throughout the outside of the home. All new concrete from the custom 7ft walkway to the door from the curb, to the stamped concrete in the back. A porch was added with recess lighting. A horizontal fence surrounds the back and side of the residence. New plumbing, and entire home new wiring w/ new 220 electrical panel. This home is set for at least the next 20 years before anything has to be done.
