All signing lessees are individually liable to make sure rent is covered and must go through a screening process to be approved. I use Avail for screening, it is a $55 up front fee, but if you are approved I will deduct $30 from first months rent for each paying lessee approved. 3 renters included at this price, one additional possible with approval for additional $300 per month and additional $100 non-refundable fee.
