You will have use of the full bathroom in the hall, would only have to share with any occasional guests. I do have a small dog but he is pretty chill and is in his crate when I am not home, no other pets though please. Deck and large fenced in yard, ample parking space in driveway. Bedroom has a decent sized closet and window facing the front of the house. Some storage space available in shed as well. Prefer to keep to myself; but living room, kitchen, washer/dryer is shared. I do use the kitchen very often as I enjoy baking. Must be employed or full-time student and able to provide 1 professional and 2 personal references. 1 month s rent and deposit due at lease signing.Utilities included: Comcast Cable (OnDemand, HBO, Cinemax), Xfinity wireless internet, water, power. I do not have a landline in the house and you will be responsible for trash as there isn't pick up service, but the public dump is just up the road.
