I am looking to rent out my beautiful home located on the west side of Albuquerque. There is all new paint and brand new appliances. Granite countertops and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The house is surrounded by beautiful walking trails and is about 10 minutes away from Presbyterian Rust. Rent duration is for one full year, with extension always possible. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month with $100 late fee if not discussed prior. If anything major breaks in the home, I will fix it. Renter is responsible for normal maintenance in the home. I will pay for HOA fees, renter is responsible for utilities. Small dogs up to 20 pounds allowed. Please no smoking in the house.
