The unit is on the southwest corner with floor to ceiling windows and a view from Pikes Peak all the way to Longs Peak. The complex was built in ~2017 so everything is modern and well put together. I will have the unit professionally cleaned before the new tenant takes over. The next tenant will need to fill out a $200 application with the apartment complex and then they will be put on the lease and I will be removed. The lease will end in September of this year. My rate is about $200 lower per month than the going rate (when they are available). With 3 parking spaces, utilities, and internet the unit is about $4,750 / month. Parking spots are $150 per car so depending on the number of cars you own, this can come down significantly.
