House construction was completed by Standard Pacific Homes in 2014 and is of superior quality. We are the original owners and moved in during September of 2014. I feel we chose the best open floor plan, with a generous kitchen and lots of natural light. The 3-car garage has been great! Plenty of storage space, too. Finally, we have great neighbors and it is quiet here. The only reason we are moving is because of a new job! There is no other house like ours currently available in this subdivision.
