    Hi, one room is available for rent in a quiet home in a nice neighborhood near the intersection of 5 mile and Fairview. Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet, and half of the garage for your parking or storage. The room is 9ft x 9ft My current roommate and I are both male and you'll need to share a common bathroom with him but you'll get your own private fridge/freezer. We're both pretty quiet nerdy types and mostly stay in our own rooms leaving the living room pretty free. I raise backyard quail so you'll need to be alright with my occasional processing of birds though I mostly raise them for eggs. If you would like access to fresh quail eggs, you can simply chip in for bird food and it will add a little touch of rural life to the city here. A few things up front, sorry but no pets, smoking, criminal background, or prior history of rental problems such as unlawful detainer etc. You require verifiable employment and income. No musicians that require in house practicing or performing. Our last roommate played guitar and we've had quite enough of that. A good set of headphones is required. I don't want to listen to your music, game, or TV show just like you don't want to listen to mine either. If your snoring is loud enough to be heard through walls that is something you will need to fix with whatever anti snoring treatments that work. (C-pap, chin strap etc) Cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen is a must! Your room can be messy, but the kitchen and common area needs to be kept clean. We will share chores for cleaning as needed. Rent will be month to month, so no lease is required and I will give plenty of notice to give you time to move if that is ever needed.
