Hello, We have three furnished, private rooms to rent to quiet, responsible nonsmokers. Kitchen, living/dining area, two bathrooms, and laundry facilities are available for use. The house is located 2.7 miles from GMU, directly on the CUE bus Gold route to GMU and Vienna metro station, and close to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It's a quiet place great for focusing on studies, etc. To clarify, each room can be occupied by one person and rents for $1,000/month which includes utilities. Deposit is $1,200 (one month's rent plus $200 in case the tenant breaks anything). I still need to take pictures of the third room and common areas. I'll upload them asap. The house is currently occupied by the owner who has a background in natural sciences, has worked in a number of disciplines, and currently is in graduate school in Sociology.
