Total of 6 beds: 1 queens bed in masterbedroom 1 twins/twins bunk bed + twins bed in room #2 2 twins bed in room #3 1 queens bed in sunroom which functions as 4th bedroom can park 3 cars in private driveway and more parking on the street. MINIMUM 60- day rent. Small DOG is allowed and ANIMAL cleaning fee is non-refundable and is $250 per stay. NO SMOKING please. NO GARAGE access except for laundry area One time nonrefundable cleaning fee $250 if staying 30 days or less per booking.
