Well trained pets for an additional fee. Max 2 persons. $1850 month includes utilities, internet and cable / two person max. Pet with extra fee $35 per pet, per month. Utilities include electric, water, heat, condo fee, grass maintenance, snow removal, internet and cable. We require first and last month's rent and a $500 security deposit that we are very good at returning if the unit is left in the same condition it was found - minus normal wear and tear - prior to check in.
