ROOM FOR RENT IN 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Hello my name is Jennifer I'm 25 years old I work as an assistant manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time. I have a roommate named Michelle she is in her late 20s and also works full-time during the summer during the fall and spring semesters she works part time and goes to school online for her masters degree. We have a third roommate named Kristi who is also in her late 20s she is moving out due to her dog and my dog not getting along so Michelle and I are looking for a third roommate. I own the house so you would be renting from me it's a three bedroom two bath house so you would share a bathroom with Michelle. I do have one large dog and three cats so we are looking for somebody who loves animals like we do. Rent includes all utilities (water trash electricity gas Internet yard maintenance and pest-control) we do not have cable. To move in I would need a one month security deposit that is refundable when you move out it's a month-to-month lease with a 45 day written move out notice from either party to terminate. To move I would also need a $75 nonrefundable for the application this does a credit and criminal background check on you so everybody feels comfortable with who there living with knowing that they passed these backgrounds. No smoking inside the house outside is fine just clean up your butts. Everything but your room is furnished. Washer and dryer are inside the house.
