We might be able to work something out for the last months rent pending circumstance. The room is quite large. I think at least 12x14. Two large built in wardrobes in room. Lots of daylight. Ground floor. Two windows. Plenty of storage space in the attic. GIANT back yard. Off street parking. Fenced in yard with locking gate. Covered back deck thats great for sitting and watching the rain. No hard drugs. No drunks. Marijuana friendly. Casual drinking is fine. Were not saints here but we like to keep the house mellow. We love animals but we already have a dog and the lease does not allow anymore. Sorry! We tend to opperate on daytime hours around the house so hopefully that noise level works with your sleep schedule. Its usually quiet enough to take a nap but just throwing that out there. Us: Three males, mid/late 30s. We all work. We all have our own thing going on for the most part. Occasional group movie/tv/Netflix/etc. watching.
