All bedrooms are upstairs and a half bathroom and Laundry are downstairs. Master bed room is huge and with a walk-in closet, a dual sinks, a bath tub and a separate shower. A wardrobe cabinet is available there too. It has a two zoning Air-Condition unit to control upstairs / downstairs temperature. Garage is clean and painted too. It is just a mile to the highway I-5, the OakGrove Park and also to the Trinity Parkway shopping centers (Target, Walmart, Lowes etc). The Elementary and high school are just in a walking distance. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. HOA will be paid by the owner. Refrigerator is included for your extra storage but not warranted. No smoking. No Drugs. No pets allowed. No subletting. Application will be accepted only after viewing the house and submitting other required documents. All adults above 18 years and older have to submit the applications.
