No pets. No smoking or vaping inside or outside on the property. Landlords live next door. Background check, credit check required. We are looking for someone with no criminal history, no eviction history, and good credit. Don't worry about completing an application through any of these listing websites; I will get your email for the background and credit check service that we use when we are otherwise in agreement for you to lease. This is seasonal lease August 9 through May 31 at the longest, but can be as short as you want it, including month to month; our standard lease includes a clause that renter can terminate nearly with one month notice. All utilities are included: electric up to $200/month, water, Internet wifi is included and shared with rental next door. Heat is electric; $200 will easily cover the largest winter bill with last year's renter was less than $150; you'll be plenty cozy, but just don't run space heaters with the windows open ;) or something. Garbage--curbside bin that you will need to get up at 6am on Tuesdays to put it out. We have plenty of off-street parking in winter by the road, but you will need to walk up and down the hill when the driveway is snowed in. First month's rent due on lease signing. Security deposit due on move-in. Last month's rent can be paid over the first 1-3 months. Rents can be pro-rated for partial-month occupancy the first and last month.
