The renter agrees to maintain a peaceful and respectful home by keeping their private room and bathroom clean, leaving shared areas tidy after each use, promptly washing or loading dishes, and properly disposing of trash when full. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed. Guests may visit for short periods, but overnight stays require prior communication with the landlord. Further, the renter is responsible for their guests' behavior. For everyone's safety, doors must be locked when leaving the home, and any safety concerns or needed repairs should be reported immediately. The renter will be made aware that the Landlord has two very friendly cats, ages 4 and 6. The renter agrees to respect the property, the landlord, and any other residents.
