Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Upon check out, tenant will refer to the check out instructions which are included in the Holly House Home Folder. Tenant will leave the home as it was when they arrived, including disposing of trash, recycling and any outdoor pet waste. The following utilities are included: internet, water, trash/recyling, gas, electric, (no cable), and gardener. It is highly recommended to take photos prior to move in. Tenant should obtain their own renters insurance.
