Wonderful home in great neighborhood with mature trees and tons of updates! Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is wonderful! Everyone is friendly and keep an eye out to make sure no crime occurs. They are quick to offer help, and you can spend evenings in the front yard socializing. I could not ask for better neighbors. Alta high school is just down the street, yet you don't get a lot of traffic from students. Elementary and middle school are within walking distance. You will also be close to Dimple Dell Canyon which is great for taking long cool walks in the summer
