This is an older home in a 30-40 year old subdivision. this home has a cellar which has gotten wet when the electric and sump pump were off, vinyl siding, large spacious rooms (one bedroom is more like a loft bedroom. first floor laundry. great spacious yard. older kitchen cabinets, painted but in great condition. This will be a short sale but will not take a long time. we are in direct contact with the lender. the cellar/basement is not really usable. the floors need to be redone and are wavy ... which might be due to the laminate flooring installed. the kitchen needs updating. this is not a move in home ... it is a project home good for the guy who wants to try his hand at rehab.
