It is the tenant's responsibility to research compliance with all regulatory agencies prior to bringing any livestock onsite. The tenant will be responsible for the maintenance of the pasture area, including any existing fencing, as well as for any additional fencing added to meet any and all requirements. Any new fencing installation will be at the tenant's expense and must be approved by the Property Manager prior to installation. The pastures area is to be maintained for livestock use and not to be utilized for crops. Please note that the lease will contain a chemical-free land stewardship clause.
