It features kayak rentals, a cafe, tiny post office, liquor and grocery store. The neighborhood is very relaxed and friendly. Rockport and the Halibut Point Reservation are within 3 miles; Gloucester center, Good Harbor and Wingearsheek Beaches, and much, much more all within 5 miles. Public transportation runs to both the commuter rail station in Rockport and Gloucester. Route 128 is about a 10 minute drive. Both the rate and length of stay are negotiable. Rate is based on off-season use. No smoking allowed. . Tenant is responsible for all utilities and rubbish disposal
