The living room is carpeted and cozy. We have a three large window panel balcony that overlooks a little woodsy area and next building. The large window panel puts a beautiful amount of light into the living room, dining room, and kitchen. One room has two windows that is a beautiful amount of daylight. Has two panel full length mirrors for closet doors as well as a full bathroom in the room. The other room is a very large size room, pictured below, with a three panel full length mirror closet. Bathroom right outside the large room. This complex has a gym, pool, dog run, and chill area. This apartment also includes two free parking spots. Ralphs, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Togos, Baskin Robins, etc. are right on the corner. Close to Metro, Universal Studio, Warner Brothers, freeways, Pricillas, and Toluca Lake. The apartment is gated and can only get up with a key faub. It honestly has been perfect. Due to unforeseen circumstance we are having to move. This complex was exactly what I am looking for, cozy, quiet, safe. Lease is till August 2021. Rent is cheaper than what they are offering now. Utilities have been cheap as well. We can rent this either by rooms or full apartment. Each room is $1286. I would like to rent out ASAP. Aiming to rent February 1st, but could also rent out whenever you might need.
