There is a dining room with a built-in cabinet which is open to a bright (4 windows) living room with a ceiling fan. At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a full bathroom with subway tile. There is a bedroom on the back of the house with a deep closet, a large hall closet, and a bright front bedroom with a large closet. On the third floor, which we label as a third bedroom, there is one closet and two bedroom-sized rooms, which provides flexibility. In total, the living space is around 1240 square feet. EnergyStar metal roof and vinyl windows keep your utility costs low. You will be responsible for electricity, natural gas, and television/internet. Available 6/1.
