Propane is used for the dryer, stove, oven, fireplace, and water heater. - Tenant is responsible for internet (high-speed fiber optic estimated $75/month) - Tenant is responsible for purchasing and replacing the house water filters as needed (Estimated $150/year) - Tenant may request yard service for $120/month.
