Our community is made up of five (5) two story buildings. The laundry facility is conveniently located in the center of the property; along with our swimming pool! We are currently remodeling our playground and have a large open grass field for residents use. We are a pet friendly community allowing dogs below twenty five (25) pounds. All applicants 18 years of age or older that will be residing in the unit must be a leaseholder. Application fee of $30.00 must be received at the time application is turned into the office for processing. Once application is processed and we notify you that you have been approved we would need first months rent in order to hold the apartment for you until move in day.
