Just completed a $12,000+ renovation putting in new bathrooms (shower & toilet). Location is ~2 miles from Rutgers U and is in a quiet and secure neighborhood of diversified home occupants. No pets or smokers and will consider long term renters (~2 years or longer) only. References and income verification will be required. For we have a history of excellent tenants/renters. Renters will pay for utilities, Internet WiFi and own insurance and we will pay for garbage removal (twice a wk) and lawn mowing and water bills. You'd have to do your own snow shoveling but not a big driveway to do. Security deposit cannot be used for last month's rent payment. And renter need to give landlord at least 60 days of advance notice of intent to move out.
