The bay in the Villas offers gorgeous sunsets and lots and lots of nature. Inside the apartment, there is a brand new kitchen with new appliances, new flooring and paint. This can be rented furnished or unfurnished (photos show unfurnished). Eat-in kitchen, large living room, bedroom, full bath, and extra room for walk in closet, office, etc. This apartment is the ground floor of a triplex. The other two units will be rented on airbnb. Like everything at the shore, winters will be quiet, and summers will be busy! Rent decrease might be possible in exchange for help with property management. Important Notes: Tenant must be accepting and welcoming of all races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations.
