It comes with a NEST thermostat, making controlling the temp super easy, especially if you have an Amazon Alexa. I am willing to throw in my mounted tv in as a bonus. This can also be furnished for extra. The unit will be unfurnished. There's a washer/dryer IN UNIT. You will have the electric/cable/internet in your name. The building is pet friendly. There is garage parking for $50/month, but street parking is readily available. Amenities include a pool, package drop, outdoor fireplace, community grills, fitness center, completely secure community. The building staff is friendly and super helpful. It's a new building, so they're going above and beyond to make the experience a positive one! The building is on the edge of Platt Park and Wash Park. Close to the light rail, parks, Baker neighborhood bars/restaurants. Adelitas, Black Project, Alternation Brewing, Mama Empanadas are all a short walk! Also, DiVino Wine shop is just around the corner and they are great! You will be added on to the lease as a roommate. I will cover your application fee if you are accepted. You will have the option to renew the lease yourself in September. Price can be flexible for the right person.
