    My wife and I have a condo AVAILABLE AUGUST 1ST 2021. Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo available to rent on August 1, 20201, in a single family house that was recently converted into three condos. The condo for rent is on the second floor. The units on the first and third floor of the house are owner-occupied. The condo is extremely desirable and will not last. Unlike most other apartment and condos, this condo has it's own separate entrance, so there is no sharing of common area doors. The house is the last house at the end of a dead end street and abuts a park which houses a child's playground, multiple soft ball fields, and a children's swimming pool. The location is walking distance to downtown Marlborough, is off of Route 20, and is close to the 495. The condo is an eleven minute walk to a Starbucks per google maps (great location). The condo is 900 square feet with additional storage space in the basement. The entire unit has hardwood floors (except tile in the bathroom). There are no carpets anywhere (no dust mites)! The kitchen is new and has high end wooden cabinets, granite counter tops, and all stainless steel appliances which include: (1) a high end over the range microwave; (2) a high-end large counter depth refrigerator with a freezer drawer at the bottom; (3) a gas stove; (4) a dishwasher; (5) a waste disposal; and even (6) a garbage compactor! The kitchen and living room are open concept which makes this unit feel very modern, airy, and spacious. The bathroom has also been recently renovated. The master bedroom is large and both bedrooms are on separate sides of the condo. There is a shared, unfinished basement where there is a high end front-loading washer and a dryer that is only for this unit, not shared with anyone else. There is separate storage area designated for the unit. All the windows in the unit (and there are many) are new. The entire unit is extremely sunny. Every room in this condo has a ceiling fan. The unit is air tight! Because you have someone below and above you the heating bill is greatly reduced. The heating is gas, which is the least expensive way to heat, much less expensive than electricity! All the windows in this unit have custom honey comb blinds (cost thousands), not all the pictures show the new blinds. There is two off street parking spots. There is a very large private back yard area designated for this unit where you can have your own BBQ! You can even have your own patio furniture and garden. The unit was recently professionally painted and should be in amazing shape. All pictures where taken right after the unit was painted. It seems I am missing pictures of the high end front loader washing machine and dryer as well as outside pictures of the unit itself. The unit also has a new (only a few years old) hot water tank and all light switches and dimmers (there are many) have been replaced. This condo is truly a gem and is a must see if you are in the market for a two bedroom. The location could not be any better if you are looking to live in Marlborough. Please note that we have additional photo upon request (mostly more of the same) and you can google map this location. The address is 11A Gates Avenue, Marlborough, MA (unit 2). Currently the unit is extremely quite. The people above and below are very quite people, this makes an amazing living conditions. We are looking for someone that is quite and respectful of their neighbors. Anyone can ask our current tenant any questions, such as how quite the place is and how much utilities cost (I think he told me it is about $60/mnth for both gas and electricity... point is, it is very cheap).
