Was a wedding dowry in 1888, Owned by lawyers in the early 1900's which were friends and partners to Mayor Baxter. One of the original houses first on Hartley Street. All hardware for cabinets, interior doors are original Art Deco. Furnace was upgraded in 2017, original hardwood floors in all rooms and hallways. We have lived and owned this property since 1969.
