This 3 bedroom apartment is available on June 1, 2020. Rent is $650 per person, and security deposit is $650. I have slowly been renovating this house since I bought it 2 years ago. Each room has been painted, and I am installing new carpet in the downstairs. I have put the house through an insulation program, so the bills are reasonable. Downstairs has a brand new furnace, and upstairs has a brand new heat pump, so you have central air conditioning, and very inexpensive heating during the winter. Dogs and cats are allowed if you own them already so I can meet them, or tell me about your plans to get an animal. However, they are a $50/mo per animal charge since it means I have to replace the flooring or carpets every 5 years instead of 5-15 years. This way I don't always choose people who don't have pets.
