A $500 completely refundable security deposit is required as well but completely refundable pending no damages found during the walk through at the end of your stay. This a family home and community. The owners are looking for a quiet, responsible couple or family looking to enjoy the month of August in Maine. There is a very strict no smoking rule, no pets and there are off street parking spaces for two cars.
