New England type SaltBox home. A 2 story storage barn was built several years ago, and holds garden and pool equipment, bikes,etc while and upstairs is a kids' "club house", or plenty more storage. Neighborhood Description There are seven houses on Lovalee Lane which is a cul-de-sac. Each is quite private, though 11 Lovalee is the second most so. It was a safe place for our kids to play and explore to their hearts' content. We're less than a mile to Pace One Restaurant which is a lovely, quiet gourmet restaurant that is currently expanding its bar area. We walked there for dinner on summer evenings, and once or twice we cross-country skied to it. Our kids happened to go to private schools in Wilmington DE, but the West Chester School System is very good. We are right on the edge of the Garnet Valley School District, which is quite a lot more expensive tax-wise. Our kids played in BYC sports leagues...Brandywine Youth Club.
