It is four miles from either the Princeton Junction or Hamilton train stations, and served by NJ Transit buses. This townhome is presently occupied by tenants whose lease expires May 31st. They are paying $1,600/month (market rate), taking excellent care of the house, and would like to stay under a new landlord. Owner occupancy would be subject to the lease. Please note that homeowners in the development are currently paying an additional $50/month over the regular HOA fees to cover new roofs installed in the last three years.
