Quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful area, many trees and beautiful gardens (with as many plantings as the deer will let us keep), homes well kept and neat, no problem residents in the area. Friendly middle class (more or less upper middle class) neighborhood. We are at a fairly high elevation over most of the surrounding area. Low-lying areas have flooded during major storms.
