The home security system was purchased & serviced locally, is high quality, and steams live to remote devices, all with no monthly fees. • House was purchased April 2001 • Evergreen in the back yard is my first Christmas tree December 2001 • All wood work was sanded and refinished 2002 • Fascia & seamless gutters were installed 2002 • Basement floor drain were opened up, sump pump tile was cleaned out & drainage tiles were connected to the downs South side of house and ran to the front in August 2002 • Dormer added above stair well July 2006 • Master bedroom refinished in 2007 • Kitchen remodel in November 2009 • Furnace was new in October 2010 • North-East bedroom remodeled in July 2011 • Water heater was replaced in 2012 • AC was new in spring of 2013 • 2014 several improvements: o Replaced flooring in main room o New electrical panel and lots of new wiring o Bathroom remodeled • Back patio was replaced in May 2015 and finished running down tiles on the East and North ends of the house to the front. • Home Security monitoring system was added in 2015
