Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath/enclosed sunroom in the heart of downtown salt lake. Pet friendly. Walking distances to many bars/restaurants. $988 a month not including utilities. Looking for someone to take over our lease so it is available Dec 1st or as soon as you need it if needed sooner. If interested we can leave our dining room table and 4 chairs, along with a sofa bed couch and an AC unit for an extra $200. All in good condition, we just don't feel like renting a U-Haul to move them again. Contact the Covey Apartments and let them know you would like to take over apartment B37 addressed at 11 A street. They will do the application process/screenings. Let them know as well if you'd like the couch/table/AC to stay in the apartment. Our lease is up in May but you're welcome to sign on for a longer lease. The security deposit is a refundable $500 or you can do a secured bond for 87.50 that is non refundable which is what we did. They might still be doing the first months rent free if you sign on for a year lease, so be sure to ask!
