New garage door and 2 year old wood fence with 3 gates. Culdesac living with no neighbors on one side and cannot be built on. 2046 finished main floor square feet. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The main floor has 2 living rooms, wood burning fireplace, enormous kitchen and laundry/mud room, formal dining room, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is very large and the master bath boasts a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. We have purchased engineered wood floor and ceramic tile to replace the main level original floors. The basement is also 2046 square feet and is mostly finished. It is framed and painted with 2 bedrooms. (No egress) The old basement carpet has been removed to prep for paint and new carpet. I already have a bid for new carpet. The house has plenty of storage. A major plus is that the home is ALL ELECTRIC. The roof, siding, and HVAC are less than 10 years old. The HVAC system has an Aprilaire filtration system as well. The septic system is in good working order. I have used a professional lawn care service for a nice green lawn. The house could use some updates here and there. We were in the process of doing so when we stumbled across our dream home, so it is time to move on. Had we not, we would continue our renovations. The house is awesome. The neighbors are great. Everyone keeps a tight ship. We are painting the interior as we speak, but will leave the flooring for the buyer to install or have installed unless negotiated otherwise. I'm sure there is more that I'm missing, but text or call with questions. I work evenings, so you can call up until midnight. All calls and texts will be returned, but be serious and no low ball offers. The house is priced to sell. Duplicate it anywhere in this nice of an area cheaper...you cant by about 50k.
