The kitchen has butcher block countertops, gas stove and checkerboard flooring. The living room has a grand floor-to-ceiling bay window creating a lovely reading or dining nook. The spacious bedroom has three huge windows and a door to the patio framing a picture-perfect view of the Catskill mountains. The apartment has a light-filled, small office space as well. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a new bathroom with vintage tiled floor and a large subway-tiled shower. We are renovating the apartment further before the new tenant moves in, adding new upper cabinets and an over-the-stove microwave in the kitchen.
