This lovely, sunny apartment has lots of windows, high ceilings and is fully furnished (from kitchenware + spices to linens). It has a large living room with dining area/table on one end, 1.5 bathrooms (one of the 2 toilets has a warm bidet!), and a good-sized kitchen with a large refrigerator, gas stove, breakfast table, air-fryer toaster oven, and microwave. The apartment has a front and back door, both off of covered porches, one of them being quite large and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy during warm months. It is located 15 minutes from the heart of downtown. There are two shared washers and one dryer within the house, plus outdoor clothes lines for committed environmentalists. We also have a back patio, organic gardens, compost bins, and a fire pit you can use. Includes High speed WIFI and a 36" screen with Tivo and streaming, but no cable. Utilities included, provided no excess use. We prefer a 2-month minimum lease, but would consider shorter terms.
